The 3-Day Sealed Exchange
Changed your mind? No problem. You can exchange any item within 3 days of delivery for store credit or an item of equal subtotal value. However, strictly for quality assurance, the manufacturer's seal must remain 100% unbroken. Open-box items are not eligible for buyer's remorse exchanges.
Open-box and Used Warranty
We offer open-box and used products such as cellphones and laptops, our warranty for these products are tied to the serial number or IMEI, if any defects are noticed, contact us immediately or visit our store so we can either repair it, exchange it or return it. We guarantee full cash back in this case.
Original Packaging is Mandatory
For any item covered under warranty, you must retain the original box and all included accessories. Official manufacturers require matching serial numbers on the physical box to process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) claims. Without the box, the warranty is void.
Physical & Accidental Damage
Standard warranties cover factory and internal hardware defects. They do not cover shattered screens, water damage, power surge fryouts, or physical breakage caused by the user. Unless the specific manufacturer explicitly offers accidental damage protection, broken items cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
If your device experiences a hardware failure within the warranty period, do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself, as this will instantly void your warranty.
- Document the Issue: Take a clear video or photo of the defect (if visible) or write a detailed description of the software/hardware failure.
- Contact Support: Reach out to our technical team via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your Order ID.
- Hardware Inspection: We will dispatch a courier to collect the device (in its original box). Our technicians will inspect it to confirm the factory defect.
- Resolution: Once the defect is verified with the manufacturer, we will repair or replace the unit according to the brand's official warranty terms.
